Girona defeats Granada 7-0 to cap off an unforgettable season

With a 7-0 thumping of Granada, Girona completed an incredible La Liga season. Artem Dovbyk grabbed the top spot in the league's goalscoring standings with a hat-trick in the last match of the season. Michel's team, who had never before qualified for the Champions League, was certain of placing third, behind champions Real Madrid and Barcelona. Later Viktor Tsygankov and Dovbyk, his fellow Ukrainian, put an end to the match just before halftime. Nine minutes into the second half, Tsygankov scored once again.
