The Chelsea transfer target Achraf Hakimi is close to inking a deal with French giants Paris Saint-Germain this summer. Chelsea chases the player in an attempt to bolster their right-sided wing-back options after he has proved to be one of the best right-wing-backs in Europe. Paris Saint Germain led by Mauricio Pochettino has offered £56.1million, for the Inter Star while Blues have matched the bid as well.
Serie A title winners though have valued the player at around £66million and none of the clubs have matched their expectations. Hakimi though prefers a move to PSG over the Premier League side. The summer window is officially open and Chelsea would have to soon drop their dream to sign the Moroccan star and go back to the drawing board and consider Wolves Adama Traore and Borussia Monchengladbach ace Jonas Hofmann.
