Napoli has a winter window budget ranging from €30-40 million, but they are cautious about spending unless they secure a favorable deal. Arsenal, the current club of Kiwior, is not inclined to loan him out, and they are reportedly asking for a €25 million transfer fee.

Intermediaries are said to be working on the potential deal, but AC Milan is also reportedly in talks for the player. Napoli is exploring alternatives and considering Aston Villa's Clement Lenglet, who is on loan at Villa from Barcelona. Lenglet's lack of regular playing time could lead to his return to Barcelona in January. Given the situation, Barcelona might be more open to loaning Lenglet, while Arsenal appears reluctant to part ways with Kiwior in the January transfer window.
