Kroos passes the baton to Bellingham

Jude Bellingham was one of the players who dedicated a few words of farewell to his teammate Kroos, who will retire after the European Championship. The Briton, who regretted having played only one year with the German, received the response of the German, who gave him "control" of the team's game.

Toni Kroos responded to Jude Bellingham's message of thanks for the year they have shared at Madrid and, after announcing his retirement, said the England midfielder "is ready to take control" of the team's play in his absence.
