Lazio deny Juventus a win with 2-2 draw

Lazio forced a comeback from two goals down against Juventus by scoring two goals in a commanding fashion in the stoppage time to qualify for the Europa League. Bianconeri’s campaign ends without a title for the first time since 2010-11 after their Coppa Italia Final loss to Inter by 4-2. In the final match of the current campaign in Serie A Juventus also bid their goodbye to Giorgio Chiellini and Paulo Dybala.

Juve might have taken lead with Dusan Vlahovic’s early efforts and then Alvaro Morata’s flying blast into the far top corner with his right foot. Lazio but made their way back in the game when Patric’s header was re-directed by Alex Sandro and found its way into the back post in a heartbreaking goal for Juventus who saw their lead cut in half and then Milinkovic-Savic’s stoppage-time rebound drew the game for Lazio.
