Lazio have reportedly revived their interest in Cesare Casadei

The 21-year-old joined Inter in 2018 after beginning his career in the juvenile divisions of Cesena. But in the summer of 2020, the Blues were able to snatch his services, and he has been working on English soil ever since.

Under the direction of the Italian manager, Casadei began the season on loan at Leicester City, where he worked alongside fellow countryman Enzo Maresca and saw regular playing time. He only made fleeting appearances in the Premier League during the second half of the season, though, because Chelsea opted to recall him in the middle of the season. Calciomercato.it (via LazioNews24) reports that the Biancocelesti are pursuing the young player once more. As per the report, Lazio's sporting director Angelo Fabiani has already reached out to Chelsea with the proposal of a loan transfer for the upcoming season.
