Lazio has allegedly made contact with Udinese star Lazar Samardzic as they ponder competing with Juventus for his services. Before the summer transfer market opens, Biancocelesti sporting director Angelo Fabiani has identified a number of important targets for Marco Baroni's new team, including Fisayo Dele-Bashiru of Hatayspor and Tijjani Noslin of Hellas Verona. Fabiani is now hard at work finalizing deals for both players.
Lazio have also targeted several more intriguing players, including Gent left-back Archie Brown, Hammarby winger Viktor Djukanovic, and Feyenoord midfielder Calvin Stengs. Lazio have inquired about Samardzic as they explore a possible move for the Udinese midfielder. Juventus are also interested, although he is not considered a priority at this time. The 22-year-old Serbian midfielder might leave the Friulian club for roughly €15-16 million plus add-ons, which is a somewhat expensive cost for the Biancocelesti.
