Kalvin Phillips was one of the most sought-after players in the transfer season and Leeds United did not want to lose the England International just yet. As per the current contract, Phillips stays with Leeds till 2024 but Leeds is ready to renew his contract and make him the highest-earning player at Elland Road.
As of now, the 25-year-old draws £35k-a-week as per the five-year deal that was struck between the two parties before the 19/20 season. For the Whites, the highest-paid player at the moment is Rodrigo Moreno who draws £100k. While Patrick Bamford and Brazilian playmaker Raphinha the new recruits signed a deal that offers them £70k and £58k respectively. But with the big Premier League clubs all lining up to get Phillips' signature Leeds confirms they would offer Phillips upward of £100k-per-week.
