Both Liverpool and Manchester United are expected to lose the fight to recruit French sensation Leny Yoro.
Yoro, 18, is the target of a €50 million (£43 million) transfer offer from Paris Saint-Germain, which his current team Lille has accepted. Real Madrid is still after the player, though. The gifted center defender is in the last year of his contract and Lille is under pressure to trade him after he almost missed out on Champions League automatic qualifying. Throughout the season, Yoro made 44 appearances in all competitions, and his reputation grew significantly. Lille advanced to the Conference League quarterfinals before falling to Aston Villa on penalties. Sports Zone, a French publication, reports that PSG has taken the lead, although the adolescent would still rather transfer to Real Madrid. Yoro has already been persuaded by Real about their concept, but Lille may have to move to Paris due to an urgent financial need.
