Ligue 1: PSG took over Brest 2-0

Paris St-Germain got back on track with a win over Brest that puts them 11 points clear at the top of Ligue 1. Kylian Mbappe scored the game's only goal. PSG was still too superior for their opponents despite the absence of other talents such as Lionel Messi and Neymar. Mbappe scored the game's first goal from the edge of the box, his 19th of the season and tenth of the league.

With a superb side-footed volley from Nuno Mendes' cross, Thilo Kehrer ensured the points. Following his equalizer against Lyon last weekend, it was the defender's second goal in as many league games. In his previous 70 outings, he had only scored two goals in Ligue 1. PSG's unbeaten record in Ligue 1 now stands at 12 games, but it was just their second win in the previous six.
