Premier League champions, Manchester City is close to signing MTK Budapest FC’s Zalan Vancsa. Citizens are at the forefront of the chase which also involves Bayern Munich, AC Milan, and Sevilla. The 17-year-old forward is headed to England and complete the move to Etihad stadium soon. The Hungarian wonderkid would add depth to City’s squad and play alongside other talents, Phil Foden was also the product of City’s academy and has since made his way into the first team and is regarded as one of the best young players in the world.
Vancsa has appeared in 10 matches for MTK Budapest FC this season so far, scoring one goal. City has been well known for cultivating young talent even Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko joined the club aged 19 and has since been instrumental in the club’s title run over the years. Vancsa has a bright future ahead of him with Pep Guardiola and others he could be a prolific scorer.
