Luke Shaw was the unsung hero in Manchester United’s match against Burnley in the Premier League Fixture as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side annihilated them by 3-1 on Sunday. The Englishman though has not received as much praise as Mason Greenwood or Edinson Cavani this season but he most certainly deserved it owing to his impactful performance throughout the season. The former Southampton player is in his best form and has scaled new heights at the club finally proving his worth to the team.
Red Devils were wishing for an easy win on their home ground and got just that, first Mason Greenwood ended the deadlock in the 48th minute, converting Marcus Rahsford’s cross. Though Burnley answered back with James Tarkowski’s equaliser a couple of minutes later. Greenwood scored again and Edinson Cavani also netted once to seize a 3-1 comfortable win.
