Messi’s goal marks a a win for PSG over Toulouse

Paris Saint-Germain had 2 injured missing players Kylian Mbappe and Neymar, when Lionel Messi came from behind and scored a wonderful second half to beat Toulouse by 2-1 on Saturday. The lead of the team PSG consolidated on the top of Ligue 1 table with 54 points. Toulouse, who are at 12th position were given lead by the Dutch midfielder Branco van den Boomen at the Parc des Princes in Paris after a free kick at the 20th minute, just for the equaliser by Achraf Hakimi when the half-time was almost near.

PSG came in front just before the hour mark, when Lionel Messi made a glorified first-ever strike on his left foot, exactly from outside the area into the net’s corner. This count made it the 10th Ligue 1 goal of Messi of the season and 15th goal for the club when he stepped up in absence of the injured players.
