The 19-year-old, Milos Kerkez has signed a long-term contract with the Cherries at the Vitality Stadium for an undisclosed sum that is reportedly worth more than £15 million. Before Bournemouth came in and gave him the chance to play Premier League football next season, Kerkez was supposedly on the point of joining Lazio. The left-back has now joined the team as its third summer acquisition, after Romain Faivre and Justin Kluivert. Chief executive Neill Blake said on the club website, "We are happy to announce the acquisition of Milos, a brilliant young player with a great deal of promise.
In 52 appearances in all competitions for the Dutch team last season, Kerkez recorded five goals and seven assists as they advanced to the Europa Conference League semi-finals. Kerkez joined AZ in January 2022. Last year, the young defender also won his maiden international cap for Hungary, and since then, he has played in eight matches for his nation as well.
