The French midfielder made 25 appearances for Spurs in the Premier League in the recently concluded campaign.
Sissoko’s performances for Spurs this season earned him a call-up to France’s 26-man squad for the European Championship by Les Bleus coach Didier Deschamps.
The 31-year-old will be looking to shine at Euro 2020, but his club future remains unclear and he has interest from Napoli, who are looking to add to their squad after the appointment of Luciano Spalletti at the helm.
However, the Italian outfit have not proceeded beyond the stage of Sissoko being an idea and they are yet to contact Tottenham over a potential move for him, according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport.
Sissoko, who is under contract at Spurs until the summer of 2023, has not ruled out a move away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer.
