Newcastle, Southampton put in offers for Armando Broja

As per reports, Premier League sides Newcastle United and Southampton have submitted their bids for Armando Broja. The 20-year-old forward currently plays for Southampton on a loan deal. His time with Saints has been marked with impressive plays under Ralph Hasenhuttl. Southampton is thus interested in making Broja’s move permanent at St. Mary after they put an offer of €30m plus bonuses.

Saints face competition from Newcastle after the side received a financial infusion and wants to bring in reinforcements and move out of the relegation zone. Chelsea star is priced at €40m after Newcastle announced their interest as well. Magpies plan to add one more striker alongside Chris Wood and set their eyes on Broja.
