PSG maintains its undefeated Ligue 1 record

The Champions League semi-finalists defeated struggling Le Havre 2-1 on Saturday, putting Paris Saint-Germain on track to finish the Ligue 1 season undefeated. Meanwhile, Marseille reclaimed their second-place ranking. After the midweek European match against Aston Villa, coach Luis Enrique made nearly all of his starting lineup changes, and Desire Doue and Goncalo Ramos scored the two goals for PSG at the Parc des Princes.

Prior to this encounter, PSG had already won Ligue 1 for the fourth time in a row. They now have 77 points with five games left after winning the league for the tenth time in a row. No team has ever finished the French top-flight competition undefeated. Within eight minutes, Doue gave PSG the lead, and Ramos scored his 15th goal of the season just after halftime to make it 2-0. Despite Le Havre's comeback from Issa Soumare, the Normandy team is still in the relegation play-offs.
