PSG rose to 1-0 finish against Bordeaux

Midfielder Pablo Sarabia supported Paris St Germain on the night where they were missing key players, Kylian Mbappe was suspended, Angel Di Maria and Neymar injured and Moise Kean having tested positive for COVID. PSG maintained the pressure on leaders Lille by winning by 1-0 against Bordeaux. Sarabia put the visitors ahead in the 20th minute itself to put them ahead right at the start of the match and Pochettino's side remained two points behind Lille after tallying 60 points from their 28 matches.

Ligue 1 title race continues to be a tight affair as Bordeaux was unable to defeat Paris St Germain who lacked firepower on Wednesday while Lille found a 2-0 win over Marseille with Jonathan David's last-gasp double while Olympique Lyonnais were 1-0 against Stade Rennais and are one point behind PSG in third.
