Real Madrid want to dominate the World Cup

In the competition that will take place in Tangier and Rabat, with the Moroccan capital to be the stage for the decisive games, Real Madrid will try to lift the trophy for the fifth time, the first since 2018.

The last nine editions have been won by emblems from the 'old continent', apart from Brazilian Corinthians in 2012.

On African soil, Real Madrid (2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018) will try to remain the 'king' of the Club World Cup and will have a coach on the bench, the Italian Carlo Ancelotti, who also has a history in the competition.

Today, in the only match of the first round, Al-Ahly faces the New Zealanders of Auckland City to define challenge with the Seattle Sounders.

On the side of Flamengo, the Saudis of Al-Hilal and Wydad Casablanca will compete to secure a place in the 'half' against the Brazilians.
