Roma secures a 2-0 win over Lazio

Roma secured a win over one of the teams in the top seven for the first time this season.  Lazio took a shot on Roma’s goal right at the start and Daniel Fuzato fired a powerful shot but Brazilian Roma keeper, and defender Rick Karsdorp worked together to deny Lazio a goal. In the first half itself, Mkhitaryan then undefended kicked the ball into the net, and handed Roma a 1-0 leave right before halftime.

Fuzato on the other side worked hard to deny Immobile a goal and kept Roma in the lead. Pedro scored in the 78th minute doubling Roma’s lead over Lazio and helped them move four points ahead of Sassuolo and stay in the running for Europa Conference League qualification. They would now face Spezia on the final matchday.
