Ronaldo wants to play with Fernandes again but in Saudi Arabia

According to 'Mirror', Cristiano Ronaldo wants compatriot and former teammate Bruno Fernandes to follow in his footsteps and join Saudi club Al-Nassr following rumours linking the Manchester United midfielder with a move away from Old Trafford.

Bruno Fernandes, 29, has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich in recent days with the Red Devils set to miss out on Champions League football next season. However, he has also been linked with other clubs that could offer him a big salary, such as those in Saudi Arabia.

"I will be here till when the club wants me and the club wants me to be a part of the future. If for some reason they don't want me, then I will go," he said about his future.

United may be forced to sell to provide the funds necessary for a major overhaul of the squad in the summer.
