Napoli coach Carlo Ancelotti assures tests found no serious Lorenzo Insigne injury, so he “is not at risk against Arsenal”, but will miss Roma.
The Derby del Sole is played today and there were reports two days ago that Insigne could be out for two to three weeks if tests showed a muscular lesion, as he pulled up again in training on Friday after already leaving international duty.
“Insigne had the tests this morning and it was just a small setback”, said Ancelotti in his Press conference.
“We’ll see whether or not to use him against Empoli, but he is not at risk against Arsenal”, coach insisted.
Piotr Zielinski is suspended against Roma, with Raùl Albiol, David Ospina, Vlad Chiriches, Amadou Diawara and Faouzi Ghoulam injured.
