Total break? Italian press reveals Mourinho's punishment of Zaniolo

AS Roma will have lost patience with Nicolò Zaniolo. On Sunday, the Italian press talks about a punishment applied to the midfielder that could determine a complete rupture between the parties.

According to the Republic newspaper, quoted by Calcio Mercato, Mourinho removed Zaniolo from the list of subscribers for the next phase of the Europa League. The midfielder is therefore out of options for international competitions, further away from the players that interest the 'Special One'. The same source says that Shomurodov will also leave the main number of subscribers, with Tahirovic, 19 years old, being promoted.

It is yet another blow to the relationship between Zaniolo and AS Roma. The midfielder had already deserved criticism from Tiago Pinto, sports director, and was again the subject for Mourinho to comment on last Saturday.
