Tottenham confident Tanguy Ndombele will join PSG on loan

Ndombele is Spurs' record signing, having cost them £55m back in 2019, but he has struggled with fitness issues and a lack of form. The Frenchman hasn't been included in a matchday squad since being booed off the pitch during the FA Cup victory over Morecambe earlier this month.

Now, he is set to be reunited with Mauricio Pochettino by completing a loan move to PSG, 90min understands.

Pochettino originally took Ndombele to north London as Tottenham looked to build on their run to the Champions League final, though neither he nor Giovani Lo Celso have managed to make themselves pivotal players under Antonio Conte.

Lo Celso and the ostracised Dele Alli are both available for moves in the next few days, though whether that pair and Ndombele will all seal an exit remains to be seen.
