West Ham drops points and Champions League hopes as well

Dominic Calvert-Lewin put Everton ahead with a big blow to West Ham's Champions League hopes in the English Premier League. Despite a great attacking front David Moyes’ team fell short against Everton and could not find an equalizer let alone a winner. Everton defended well against Michail Antonio and Jesse Lingard who could not rescue the team even if they tried.

And Said Benrahma and Jarrod Bowen messed up the only two best chances West Ham could create in 90 minutes. Hammers failed to shot on target even once despite enjoying possession and have lost three of their last four matchups and with that the chance to qualify for the champions league this season. They are five points adrift of fourth-placed Leicester and shift their focus to Europa League qualification.
