Youri Tielemans’ long-term Aston Villa future is in big doubt

The 26-year-old Tielemans is dissatisfied with his position at Villa Park and has yet to begin a Premier League game for the Midlands giants. Despite having only recently joined Aston Villa, it is said that he is eager to leave in January owing to his difficult relationship with Emery. Tielemans has already informed his inner circle that he wants go as soon as possible since the two have had trouble getting along. After leaving Leicester City on a free transfer following their relegation, the Belgian international signed a four-year contract in July.

The midfielder's move, however, did not go as expected, and he has not yet managed to make it into Emery's first-choice starting eleven. Although he has served as a substitute in every Premier League game this season, he is yet to be included in the starting lineup for a game in the top level.
