Blazers fell to Dallas Mavericks, 132-117

Both the team played at Moda Center with key players in their squad. A total of 13 players missed the match because of the COVID-19 health and safety protocols and still Mavericks were the bested Blazers by 132-117. Dallas All-Star Luka Doncic was missing from the lineup as well. Dallas’ 7-3 center Kristaps Porzingis took advantage of Blazers and scored 24 of his 34 points in the first half itself shooting 12-of-21, adding nine rebounds and five assists as well.

Porzingis has been averaging 19.7 points per game and exploded in this one against Blazers. Dwight Powell scored 22 points as well shooting 9 of 11 from the field. Blazers saw Damian Lillard on 26 points and kept the offense motivated getting 20 points and 10 rebounds from Nassir Little as well. But Dallas defeated Portland with ease taking advantage of a weakened roster.
