Boston Celtics just traded the No. 32 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft

The Boston Celtics recently gave the Orlando Magic their No. 32 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, which they used to choose French player Noah Penda, in return for four second-round picks, according to ESPN's Shams Charania. In addition to a 2026 and 2027 second-round selection, they added the No. 46 and 57 picks from this year's draft.

Orlando made a bold effort to get Penda, a top-tier playmaker with a large frame and one of the top wing defenders in this year's class. If the Magic truly believe in Penda, they'll be content with the deal—especially if he becomes a solid rotation player. But as it stands, the Celtics flipped one second-round pick into four, which is a huge win. That haul gives Boston valuable flexibility moving forward.
