Golden State Warriors recently decided not to sign Dwight Howard

After the Warriors halted Howard's attempt to make a comeback to the NBA, he broke his quiet on Twitter on Saturday. After participating in the Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy's high school basketball programme, Howard was chosen first overall in the 2004 NBA Draught.

Over the course of his 18 seasons in the NBA, the 37-year-old has played for seven different teams: the Orlando Magic, Lakers, Houston Rockets, Charlotte Hornets, Atlanta Hawks, Philadelphia 76ers, and Washington Wizards. During the 2021–22 regular season (27 starts), he made 60 appearances with the legendary Lakers team, averaging 6.2 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 0.6 blocks per game. The 6-foot-10 big man's tenure with the Magic, though, is what makes him most well-known. In 621 regular-season games played with the Magic (620 starts), he averaged 18.4 points, 13.0 rebounds, and 2.2 blocks per game over the course of his eight professional seasons in Orlando.
