Memphis Grizzlies unveil their final training camp roster before the Preseason kickstarted and have waived off Carsen Edwards and Daniel Oturu. The duo joined Grizzlies from Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Clippers. Grizzlies have now released all the three players from the Clippers this offseason, first, they let go of Rajon Rando and then made a deal with Minnesota Timberwolves for Patrick Beverley, now release Oturu as well. Just Kris Dunn stays on the roster for the upcoming training camp that is just a week away now.
Grizzlies now have 16 guaranteed contracts and need to waive one more player before Oct. 18 as the maximum limit as per NBA is 15. Grizzlies even converted Yves Pons’ contract to a two-way deal.
