Herb Jones, New Orleans Pelicans is now a member of the 2021-22 Kia NBA All-Rookie second team. A panel of broadcasters and sportswriters were involved in the voting where Jones received 123 points; 32 first-team votes were worth 2 points apiece and 59 second-team votes were worth one point each. Toronto Raptors’ Scottie Barnes, Detroit Pistons’ Cade Cunningham, and Cleveland Cavaliers’ Evan Mobley made up the All-Rookie first team.
Franz Wagner from Orlando Magic had a total of 183 points and Jalen Green from Houston Rockets made it to the final first-team position with a total of 158 points; 58 first-team votes and 42 second-team votes. In addition to Herb Jones, the second team consisted of Oklahoma City’s Josh Giddey, Denver Nuggets’ Bones Hyland, Chicago Bulls’ Ayo Dosunmu, and Indiana Pacers’ Chris Duarte.
