Houston Rockets defeated the Toronto Raptors 94-87

With 19 points from Dillon Brooks and 18 from Jalen Green, the Houston Rockets, who are shorthanded, defeated the Toronto Raptors 94-87 on Sunday to end a six-game losing streak.

Early in the fourth quarter, the Raptors had a four-point lead, but with almost seven minutes remaining, Houston went on a 14-2 run to take a 77-69 lead. A few minutes later, Green scored two 3-pointers to lead a 9-3 run that increased Houston's advantage to 86-76, putting them up by four points. Steven Adams was out since the Rockets played on Saturday, while Fred VanVleet missed his seventh consecutive game due to an ankle issue. Due to back spasms, All-Star Alperen Sengun departed the game in the first quarter. Jeff Green and Jock Landale filled in for Sengun and Green had a season-high 14 points while Landale added 11 with a season-best 10 rebounds.
