Joshua "Josh" Primo suspended

Primo's contract with the San Antonio Spurs was terminated as a result of allegations made by the team's former sports psychologist that the guard/small forward repeatedly exposed himself to her. After that, she filed a lawsuit against the Spurs and Primo, and the dispute was arbitrated.

The NBA stated in a statement that "Primo maintains that his conduct was not intentional" and that "the league did not find evidence that he engaged in any sexual or other misconduct aside from these brief exposures." Nevertheless, the behaviour justifies punishment because it violates league rules. If Primo, 20, signs with another NBA team, he would have to fulfil the penalty. Primo,averaged 5.9 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 54 career games (16 starts) after being selected by the Spurs with the 12th overall selection in the 2021 NBA draft out of Alabama
