According to Bleacher Report’s Grant Hughes, the Houston Rockets, Orlando Magic, and Portland Trail Blazers could be potential suitors if Charlotte decides to rebuild. “Ball may not be Charlotte’s cornerstone and could address major offensive issues for teams like the Rockets or Magic,” Hughes noted. “He might even fit well in Portland in a deal that returns multiple young, cost-controlled assets.”
