Milwaukee Bucks star Khris Middleton underwent surgery on his left ankle immediately after the season concluded, aiming to address a persistent issue that had troubled him throughout the year. However, it was later revealed that Middleton had also been managing a problem in his right ankle, necessitating a second surgery during the offseason. According to a report from Shams Charania and Eric Nehm of The Athletic, Middleton underwent a minor arthroscopic procedure in June to resolve lingering issues in his right ankle.
Despite these challenges, Middleton's road to recovery appears promising. Charania and Nehm noted that the 32-year-old has already begun light court work, suggesting a positive trajectory towards readiness for the upcoming season. Another report by Jim Owczarski affirmed Middleton's progress, stating that he is "doing great" and has already resumed on-court activities.
