This contact is significant. Last December, Silver announced the league will make a decision on expansion in 2026, potentially adding two teams. He cited Seattle and Las Vegas as targets, despite urging caution. "We are evaluating Seattle," Silver admitted. Regardless, the Emerald City remains ready.
