New York Knicks beat the Brooklyn Nets 99-95

Karl-Anthony Towns posted 25 points and 16 rebounds, while Jalen Brunson added 17 points, including clutch baskets down the stretch, as the New York Knicks edged the Brooklyn Nets 99-95 on Tuesday night. OG Anunoby contributed 20 points, and Precious Achiuwa added 11 off the bench for the Knicks, who secured their second straight win.

D’Angelo Russell led the Nets with 23 points and 10 assists, while Cam Johnson added 16 points. Despite rallying from a double-digit deficit to take a brief lead in the fourth quarter, the Nets faltered late, suffering their fourth consecutive loss and ninth in 10 games. Brunson’s late-game heroics, including a step-back jumper and key free throws, helped the Knicks regain control and seal the victory after a late Nets push. Brooklyn's Keon Johnson and Russell hit critical 3-pointers, but it wasn’t enough to overcome New York's decisive finish.
