NBA’s first preseason game saw Knicks come out on top with a 90-84 win thrashing Detroit Pistons with their 2020 draft pick Obi Toppin. While Elfrid Payton posted 10 points, seven assists, and six rebounds in his 27 minutes. While Toppin posted 11 points, seven rebounds, one assist, and one block in 20 minutes.
