Paul George and Kawhi Leonard drop 60 points to lead Clippers past Suns

Two of the top teams in the Western Conference clashed with each other but Los Angeles Clippers came out on top with a 113-103 win with Paul George and Kawhi Leonard both at their best and dropping 33 and 27 points respectively to beat Phoenix Suns. This was George’s eighth 30-point game of the season and he shot 7/9 from the 3-point range and overall as a team Clippers shot 18 3-pointers to put an end to the seven-match winning streak that Suns enjoyed after routing Jazz recently.

Clippers were trailing behind in the third quarter by 67-61 and fight their way to lead by 16 points in the fourth. Clippers are 5-2 currently in their season-long, nine-game homestand. Rajon Rondo also dropped 15 points for the Clippers. While Phoenix’s Devin Booker scored 24 points and Mikal Bridges added 20.
