Two of the top teams in the Western Conference clashed with each other but Los Angeles Clippers came out on top with a 113-103 win with Paul George and Kawhi Leonard both at their best and dropping 33 and 27 points respectively to beat Phoenix Suns. This was George’s eighth 30-point game of the season and he shot 7/9 from the 3-point range and overall as a team Clippers shot 18 3-pointers to put an end to the seven-match winning streak that Suns enjoyed after routing Jazz recently.
Clippers were trailing behind in the third quarter by 67-61 and fight their way to lead by 16 points in the fourth. Clippers are 5-2 currently in their season-long, nine-game homestand.
