Phoenix Suns fall to the Sacramento Kings 106-114

The Suns ended the first half on a 12-3 run, but Phoenix got off to a fairly strong start today with an 11-2 run, thanks to the absence of Kevin Durant (ankle), Bradley Beal (back), and Grayson Allen (groin). Then, with the Suns shooting 28% and going 0-for-8 from three, the Kings defeated Phoenix 33–12 in the third quarter. Despite several clutch threes in the fourth quarter, Phoenix put up a strong fight, but De'Aaron Fox's 23 points in the fourth quarter helped the Kings win. Jusuf Nurkic ended with 15 rebounds and 9 assists, Eric Gordon contributed 19 points, and Devin Booker finished with 28 points, 7 assists, and 7 rebounds. Fox finished with 34 points and 7 assists.

The Suns, who have already dropped four of their last five games, will try to turn things around when they play the 10-12 Warriors at Footprint Centre on Tuesday.
