Reasons for Knicks not to trade for John Wall

While time and time again, potential trades are discussed but what about the trades a team should not make? Well, one such deep pit is right in front of New York Knicks. Houston Rockets’ John Wall is out looking for a new squad to play the 2021-22 NBA season. While Rockets have decided to trade their point guard before the new season start, one franchise that should not trade is Knicks.

The injury-ridden last season would be in favor as well, Wall could just play for 40 games with Rockets and still have  $92 million and two years remaining in his contract with Kemba Walker already on the team who would provide veteran leadership to the team, signing Wall would not be beneficial to the team. Knicks have to push for a win this season and need the best to make that happen after the surprise playoffs qualification, fans are hopeful this year they could go all the way.
