Rockets eye blockbuster move for Hawks’ $215M star Trae Young

The Atlanta Hawks' great guard might be acquired by the Houston Rockets in yet another historic transaction. The Houston Rockets have had a busy summer, adding players to their squad in an effort to win a title this year. The Golden State Warriors defeated Houston in seven games in the first round of the playoffs, despite Houston finishing second in the Western Conference the previous season. As a result, the Rockets decided it was time to add a superstar to their team this summer. They accomplished just that, acquiring Kevin Durant from the Phoenix Suns in return for many draft selections, Jalen Green, and Dillon Brooks.

In order to add another elite player to their roster, the Rockets may consider Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young this season. In return for Young, the Rockets may give the Hawks VanVleet, Reed Sheppard, Jabari Smith Jr., and many draft selections.
