Rockets Fall Sixth Straight, Lose to Wizards 131-119

The Houston Rockets continue to struggle and play shorthanded. With Eric Gordon, P.J Tucker, Victor Oladipo, and Christian Wood down, the Rockets spackled their 15th starting line-up of the season.

They were hopeful of John Wall in their efforts of getting past the Washington Wizards which is considered as the worst team in the Eastern Conference. Houston couldn’t stop any one of the defensive sides, even after Wall’s season-high 29 points and 11 assists. This led to a fall of 131-119 which gave 52 percent of the shooting to Washington. Houston whose defence was to the point had been pulled down by late injuries and the subsequent inconsistency that followed.

On the offense side, the Rockets hadn’t been terrible as they managed to shoot 47 percent on the night. However, the team wasn’t as capable to be missing four regular players and still being able to compete.
