The Golden State Warriors have added guard Taevion Kinsey on an Exhibit 10 training camp deal as they prepare for the 2025–26 season. The 25-year-old combo guard offers versatility, capable of playing and defending spots one through three, and could provide valuable depth around Stephen Curry as the Warriors chase another title run. Kinsey’s journey began in Columbus, Ohio, at Eastmoor Academy before starring at Marshall University, where he became the program’s all-time leading scorer with 2,641 points.
His college career was decorated with achievements, including the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year award and a 2019 CBI championship. Known for his scoring punch, playmaking skills, and rebounding ability, Kinsey developed a reputation as one of the most dynamic guards in the college game. Golden State will now evaluate whether his skill set can translate to the NBA stage.
