Warriors add a new two-way player for 2022-23

Quinndary Weatherspoon was part of the Warriors squad before as well, the 25-year-old initially was part of the squad on a 10-day contract just before Christmas and afterward marked a two-way agreement when the 10-day lapsed on Jan. 3. Weatherspoon played in 11 games for the Warriors during the 2021-22 season, averaging 2.7 points in 6.6 minutes per challenge. His most amazing exhibition of the time came on Golden State's Christmas Day where they prevailed upon the Phoenix Suns when he scored six points on 3-of-3 shooting from the field in the nine-point win.

In anticipation of the impending 2022-23 season, Weatherspoon prepared during the NBA Summer League for the Warriors and improved his average numbers to 10.0 points in 25.6 minutes north of four games.
