Warriors, Steve Kerr updates on Steph Curry’s knee injury

He was citing right knee discomfort, becoming a major worry. Postgame, head coach Steve Kerr remained optimistic. "I think he is fine. I don't believe it is anything serious, but we will have updates tomorrow," Kerr told reporters. He added it involves the same knee that forced Curry to miss the Minneapolis matchup, bothering him for roughly one week.

Curry winced after drawing a foul and finishing an off-balance three-point play with 4:28 left in the third quarter. Shortly after, he was substituted and limped toward the locker room with staff. The team confirmed he would not return. Curry tallied 23 points, two assists, one rebound, and one block in 25 minutes. Golden State falls to 27-23, now occupying eighth place in the Western Conference standings.
