Wolves triumph over a struggling Jazz 128-102

The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Utah Jazz 128-102 on Sunday, their eighth consecutive victory, led by 41 points from Anthony Edwards. Donte DiVincenzo ended with 11 points and seven assists for the Timberwolves, who are in a close race with Golden State for sixth place in the Western Conference, while Jaden McDaniels finished with 20 points and 12 rebounds, recording a double-double by halftime.

Walker Kessler finished with 15 points and 19 rebounds, while Collin Sexton led Utah with 22 points. The Jazz, who have now dropped nine straight games, got 16 points from Laurie Markkanen. For the fifth time this season, Edwards scored more than 40 points in a game, making five 3-pointers and hitting 16 of 27 attempts. With guard Keyonte George and John Collins out, the Jazz struggled to produce a consistent offensive effort and committed 22 turnovers.
