England's Danni Wyatt-Hodge showcased her exceptional form, guiding the Hobart Hurricanes to a four-wicket victory over the Adelaide Strikers in the Women's Big Bash League. Wyatt-Hodge scored an unbeaten 72, anchoring the chase of 135 runs and solidifying her position as the tournament's leading run-scorer.

Despite a rocky start that saw the Hurricanes slip to 51-3, Wyatt-Hodge remained steadfast. With eight runs needed in the final over, a crucial four from Hayley Silver-Holmes and a subsequent boundary from a misfield secured the win with just two balls to spare.
