Bangladesh stunned England to win the second Twenty20 international

Mehidy helped the hosts bowl out England for 117 with a career-best 4-12 before smashing 20 off 16 balls to help Bangladesh reach 120-6 in 18.5 overs. Bangladesh has now defeated every Test-playing nation in at least one series in one format, and Najmul Hossain led the way with 46 not out at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. At Chittagong, the opening game of the series was won by the home team by six wickets.

England, who were given the opportunity to bat first, battled to stay in the game after losing their way in the midst of their innings due to the low, sluggish surface in Mirpur.
