Khaleel leads SRH to win over PBKS

SunRisers Hyderabad’s bowler's efforts saw the team to an easy 9 wicket win over Punjab Kings in the first match of the day. Khaleel Ahmed and Abhishek Sharma together took 5 wickets among themselves in their eight overs and helped bowl out the entire PBKS team and restrict them to just 120 runs. Later Jonny Bairstow worked his magic and scored 63 off 56 balls and led the team’s chase and SunRisers won easily with eight balls to spare. Khaleel first took out Mayank Agarwal, Shahrukh Khan, and Fabian Allen and Sharma took out Moises Henriques and Deepak Hooda for Hyderabad who had seen KL Rahul fall early to Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

And SRH knew it would be an easy chase for them. Later the comeback efforts of Chris Gayle and Mayank Agarwal were thawed as well and Nicholas Pooran was run out to PBKS could also post 120 in 19.4 overs.
